About chatlog - he said it only once and there is nothing more to mute him for. It's only one provocating word. I am watching the chatlog from time to time and he's getting mutes oftenly but for 1 this kind of word he would get max 30 minutes...

Also please do not send picture of chatlog to the point 2. There should be screen of SID ingame, but for me is enough to send HLSTATS of that player.
