2. I was just playing on the server and suddenly got banned for wallhacking. I have never used any cheats in my life.


The admin should respond to your unban request within 24 hours with a demo or another type of evidence. It may take a few days for us to evaluate whether the admin was correct in banning you. If the admin doesn't provide evidence when required, or we decide that it's insufficient, you will be given an unban.

The cheathunter should resolve the case within a week. If the 1st responding cheathunter is unable to close the case, a different cheathunter may take over and finish the job.

The request should be submitted within 7 days after the ban had taken place. If the ban is justified, your only option is paid unban.
